Court Revokes PFI Property Attachments

In June of this year, the court had already revoked the attachment of 10 trusts and individual properties connected to PFI in Malappuram, Alappuzha, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Thrissur, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Palakkad, and Ernakulam. These properties belonged to various trusts and individual owners. A group of trustees and property owners had appealed to the NIA court, challenging the attachments initiated after a case was registered against PFI by an authority appointed by the Home Ministry in 2023.
