The iPhone 17 series, set to launch in September 2025, will introduce notable changes. The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max are rumored to shift from titanium to an aluminum-and-glass construction and potentially replace the square camera bump with a large rectangular camera bar. The iPhone 17 Air is speculated to be remarkably thin, measuring only 5.5 mm. In terms of performance, all iPhone 17 models are expected to see improvements. The standard iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air may feature the A19 chip, while the Pro models could incorporate the A19 Pro chip. Pro models are also rumored to have 12GB of RAM. The camera systems are expected to undergo major upgrades, including a 24MP front-facing camera across all models and a triple 48MP setup on the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Pricing in India is expected to start around Rs 89,999 for the base model, with the iPhone 17 Air at Rs 99,990, the Pro at Rs 1,34,990, and the Pro Max at Rs 164,999. All models will ship with iOS 26.
