Remembering ‘Jeet’: A Deep Dive into the Cast, Inspiration, and Legacy

During the release of Raj Kanwar’s *Jeet*, Karisma Kapoor was reminded of her mother Babita’s earlier film with the same title, which co-starred Karisma’s father, Randhir Kapoor. Karisma’s response highlighted the difference between the two films, positioning her *Jeet* as a modern reimagining. In actuality, producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Raj Kanwar’s movie drew inspiration from Prakash Mehra’s *Muqaddar Ka Sikandar*.
