Bihar Election Focus: Rahul Gandhi’s Yatra Targets Vote Fraud and BJP

Rahul Gandhi is leading a ‘Voter Rights Yatra’ in Bihar, focusing on claims of electoral manipulation and presenting evidence to support these allegations. The yatra, launched from Sasaram, is intended to highlight concerns related to vote theft and the Bihar Voter List Revision, with criticism directed towards both the Election Commission and the BJP. The campaign is expected to last about 16 days, covering 25 districts of the state, and involves participation from Tejashwi Yadav and Left party leaders. The schedule for the second day includes: The yatra will start at 8:00 AM, moving through Dev Road and various areas such as Amba-Kutumba, Telhara, Patalganga, and Purana Thana Mor before reaching Dev Surya Temple. A visit to Dev Surya Temple will take place at 9:30 AM. The afternoon schedule, starting at 4:00 PM, includes routes through Guraru, Bagdiha Mor, Ahiyapur Road, Daudnagar-Gaya Road, Panchanpur, Kewali, and Delhi Overbridge. A public meeting is planned for 6:30 PM, and the day will conclude with an arrival at Khalish Park, Gaya, at 7:30 PM. During the yatra, Rahul Gandhi stated the importance of protecting the basic democratic right of ‘one person, one vote’. He mentioned on social media that the yatra will cover over 1,300 kilometers and visit more than 20 districts in a span of 16 days.
