*Zero Electricity Bill, Increase in Income: PM Surya Ghar Yojana Becomes a Boon for the Common People*

Prime Minister’s Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana is proving to be a boon for the common citizens. Rajesh Kesharwani, a resident of Sadar Road, Balodabazar city, has taken advantage of this scheme and installed a 3-kilowatt solar power plant on the roof of his house. Now he does not have to pay the electricity bill. Mr. Kesharwani said that he got information about this scheme from social media and newspapers, after which he contacted the electricity department and took necessary guidance.
The entire application process is online and simple, which he completed without any difficulty. Mr. Kesharwani received a subsidy of 78,000 on the installation of the solar system. This system has been working without any interruption for the last six months. He said that earlier he had to pay an electricity bill of 2000 to 2500 every month, but now his electricity bill has become almost zero. He said that this scheme is not only economically beneficial, but also environmentally beneficial. He appealed to the citizens of the district to take advantage of this scheme and not only save electricity, but also get a positive contribution to their monthly income. Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai, Mr. Kesharwani said that this scheme is bringing a real change in the lives of the common people and the country is moving towards energy self-reliance.
