    Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has praised the AICC All India OBC Advisory Committee meeting, calling it a ‘highly successful’ gathering. He offered praise to party MP Rahul Gandhi, highlighting his efforts in the realm of social justice. The Bengaluru Declaration, presented after the meeting, conveyed the committee’s appreciation to Rahul Gandhi. The declaration acknowledged his leadership in ensuring social justice for marginalized groups and credited his resolve for the implementation of a caste census. Siddaramaiah noted that this initiative represents a step towards fulfilling the constitutional vision of social transformation. He asserted that, under Rahul Gandhi’s direction, India would strive to achieve the ultimate constitutional goal. The Chief Minister affirmed the commitment to the Congress party’s ideals and the fight for social justice. The declaration proposed a nationwide caste census conducted by the Registrar General and Census Commissioner, India (ORGI), with Telangana’s SEEEP Caste Survey as a reference.
