Tragedy struck on the Katghora-Ambikapur National Highway in Chhattisgarh when a high-speed pickup truck collided with a motorcycle. The accident, which occurred on Saturday night, claimed the life of one individual at the scene and left two others with critical injuries.
The collision took place in Tanaakhar, within the Katghora police station area. The motorcycle was struck by the speeding pickup truck between 11 PM and midnight on Saturday. The impact resulted in the instant death of one young man and caused severe injuries to two other people.
The injured were immediately transported to Katghora Hospital with the assistance of Dial 112. Following initial treatment, they were referred to the district hospital for advanced medical care. Police promptly arrived at the scene and took the pickup truck driver into custody.
