Tragedy struck Ramgarh, Jharkhand, on Saturday when a mine collapse at the CCL Karma project’s open cast mine claimed the lives of four people and injured three others. The incident occurred in the Kuju OP region. The injured were promptly taken to different hospitals for medical attention. Following the accident, villagers and JLKM activists have accused CCL management of negligence. The incident has led to protests and demands for compensation at the Karma PO office, with the police maintaining a strong presence.
