He questioned the timing and purpose of the BJP’s intervention, given that the police had already taken action and the investigation was underway. Ghosh also criticized the BJP for approaching the High Court, suggesting it was done to gain media coverage, and emphasized the victim’s family’s trust in the ongoing police investigation.
