    If you follow a business or channel, you might encounter their advertisements. These ads will be based on your preferences and the content you follow. You will not be forced to see anything unless you interact with a brand or channel.

    This will enable businesses to access a new platform to reach their customers. Users can look forward to direct offers, discounts, and information. You may also gain access to some paid content from the channels you follow.

    WhatsApp has confirmed that your chats, calls, and voice notes will remain private. No ads or tracking will be added. Your conversations are secure and inaccessible, not even by WhatsApp.
