Royal Enfield is planning a significant expansion of its motorcycle range, including sub-1000cc bikes and new electric offerings to bolster its presence in international markets. The Flying Flea, a notable example of this strategy, demonstrates the brand’s commitment to advanced technology. The Flying Flea shown at CES integrates cutting-edge features through the Snapdragon Car-to-Cloud Platform. Mario Alvisi, Royal Enfield’s Chief Growth Officer, explained that the use of Snapdragon technologies represents a pivotal move for the company, designed to provide a differentiated product experience. The QWM2290 SoC is designed to support EV two wheelers, will enable the vehicle control unit and run its own in-house operating system.

Rumors circulate about new 750cc bikes slated for release, with reports of a new engine undergoing testing. The Continental GT could feature a cafe racer style fairing. These new models might be unveiled at the upcoming Auto Expo 2025. An electric version of the Himalayan adventure bike has been seen with a redesigned seat and battery location. It also comes with an Öhlins Monoshock and heavy-duty Nissin Fancy Petal Discs.

The Himalayan 750 is expected to be equipped with a 750cc engine. The bike’s design is well-suited for off-road adventures. The vehicle has been thoroughly tested at high-altitude environments like Khar-Dung La, implying a possible imminent launch.
