The Pendra district administration has responded decisively to issues in the execution of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Secretary Rajkumar Sharma of Tendumuda Gram Panchayat has been suspended due to negligence and lack of diligence in his duties. Moreover, a show cause notice has been served to Jyoti Kashyap, who serves as the Employment Assistant in the same panchayat.
In addition to these measures, the secretary of Thadpathra Gram Panchayat has been ordered to be transferred to a different post with immediate effect. This action was taken on the instructions of District Panchayat CEO Surendra Prasad Vaid. He has clearly stated that any form of negligence related to government schemes will not be tolerated. He has also warned all panchayat employees, stating that strict action will be taken against individuals who hinder the progress of the PM Awas Yojana, a crucial government initiative.
