U.S. skier David Sensible gained a silver medal — and a spot in Olympic fanatics’ hearts — following a second of kindness all over the boys’s freeski halfpipe match on Saturday.
When American teammate Aaron Blunck landed on his head in an uncongenial fall, Sensible sprinted up the direction to test on his good friend.
“I simply don’t like when other people hit their heads,” Sensible mentioned after the crash.
Sensible sat with Blunck till he used to be ready to ski down the direction on his personal steam and go back to the Olympic Village for relaxation and analysis.
Gold went to New Zealand’s Nico Porteous and bronze to The us’s Alex Ferreira. Blunck completed 7th.
