Seth Sukhlal Karanani Memorial Hospital gets the credit for the initiative of senior doctors including Director Manimoy Banerjee, Dr. Abhimanyu Basu and Dr. Deeptendra Sarkar, where a team of more than 30 doctors jointly conducted 35 to 40 operations daily. Dr. Siraj Ahmed said, “We were seeing that many surgery were pending. Thousands of people come to this hospital every day for treatment. As a result, there was a delay in fixing the date of surgery in that case. Earlier, if there was too much surgery, we used to do 10 surgery a day. But now we can do more, and that’s what we are doing. This time we have done more than two hundred surgery in five days. “
