Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji always sought blessings and inspiration from Acharya Ji. It is our good fortune that Acharya Ji always inspired us. This land of Chhattisgarh is blessed that Acharya Ji loved it so much and chose this earth of the state for Sanlekhan. Today, I feel fortunate to have had darshan at his Samadhi Memorial Festival. My prayer is that his blessings remain forever on Chhattisgarh, and the state always prospers.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today participated in the first Samadhi Memorial Festival of Jainacharya Vidya Sagar Ji Maharaj at the Chandragiri pilgrimage site in Dongargarh, Rajnandgaon district, and paid his respects at the Samadhi. Addressing the followers who had come from across the country, he made this statement.
Shri Sai said that it is the supreme fortune of the people of Chhattisgarh that Acharya Vidya Sagar Ji Maharaj spent a long time of his glorious life in Dongargarh’s Chandragiri pilgrimage site for religious practices. Acharya Ji’s thoughts and his philosophy of life will continue to inspire us all. Jainacharya Vidya Sagar Ji Maharaj united society to follow the path of truth, non-violence, and selfless service. Baba Ji’s life is exemplary for all.
CM Sai said that Acharya Ji’s religious thoughts are inspiring, and his thoughts about India are also exemplary, having influenced millions of people in the country. He always prioritized national interest. Through his message, he continuously worked to strengthen India’s unity. His clear opinion was that the Indian education system should be implemented in India, and Indian languages should be used for communication among people. Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji has attempted to give concrete form to his ideas through the National Education Policy. Today, our education system is connected to Indian cultural values. We are very happy that this dream of Acharya Ji could take concrete form during his lifetime.
