The police raided the gambling phad and seized 89 thousand rupees in cash, 23 vehicles and 11 mobile phones. The police has initiated strict action against all the accused under the Gambling Prohibition Act. This arrest is part of the strict action against the criminals on behalf of the police.
According to the information, the police had received information from the informer that some people are betting on 52 fairies in the forest of Korbi. Ratanpur police station formed a team and raided the forest. Police arrested 11 people with cash, bikes from the spot.
DSP Kota Nupur Upadhyay said that information was received from the informer that some people are gambling in the forest of Korbi. In the police station area, a team was formed under the leadership of Ratanpur police station in -charge. After which Ratanpur police station took action of raid. Where 11 people were arrested from the spot. Also, 89 thousand rupees cash, 23 vehicles and 11 mobiles were seized. A total of Rs 12.39 lakh has been seized. Action has been taken against the accused under gambling procedural act and section of organized offense.
