Raipur, January 19, 2025 / Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today listened to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s radio address “Mann Ki Baat” with his cabinet members at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhavan. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that something new is learned every time in the “Mann Ki Baat” program. This program is truly a unique confluence of the achievements of the countrymen, acts of service to humanity, and information on innovation, where Prime Minister Modi’s discussions on knowledge and science, spontaneously inspire new energy and enthusiasm in listeners through accounts of the countrymen’s dedicated work for the nation and new information.
In “Mann Ki Baat,” Prime Minister Shri Modi discussed Chhattisgarh’s Guru Ghasidas Tamorpingla Tiger Reserve, stating that it is a matter of great joy that two new tiger reserves have been added to our country in the last two months. One of these is the Guru Ghasidas-Tamor Pingla Tiger Reserve in Chhattisgarh, and the other is the Ratapani Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh.
The Prime Minister mentioned India’s achievements in space science, startups launched by young people, and successful efforts in women’s empowerment in “Mann Ki Baat”. He urged young people to draw inspiration from the great personalities of the country, Swami Vivekananda and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, to move forward. The Prime Minister told the countrymen in “Mann Ki Baat” that we should all strive to make our country the best in every aspect through our work.
In “Mann Ki Baat,” the Prime Minister paid homage to all the great personalities of the Constituent Assembly on the 75th anniversary of the Indian Republic. He played excerpts from the inspiring addresses of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on mutual cooperation in the Constituent Assembly, Dr. Rajendra Prasad on the country’s commitment to human values, and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on equality of opportunity, in their own voices.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi appreciated the participation of youth in the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela, saying that when the younger generation connects with its civilization with pride, its roots become stronger, ensuring a golden future. He said that the Kumbh Mela is a confluence of equality and harmony and a celebration of unity in diversity.
The Prime Minister mentioned the first anniversary of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla on January 11, stating that on this day, lakhs of Ram devotees had a darshan of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya and received his blessings. He said that while moving on the path of development, we must also preserve our heritage and move forward by taking inspiration from it.
