Over 2.028 Million Questions from Chhattisgarh
Raipur, January 17, 2025. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will, as every year, engage with students in “Pariksha Pe Charcha” this year as well. This program will begin at 11:00 AM on January 29 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
This time, students and teachers from Chhattisgarh have set a record in asking questions. Chhattisgarh has become the first state in the country from where the maximum number of questions have been asked. Against the target of 1,025,389 questions given to Chhattisgarh, 2,028,864 questions have been received. For this, questions were sought from students and teachers until January 14. Targets for asking questions were given to states based on the registered number of children from classes VI to XII. Chhattisgarh has submitted approximately 200% more questions than its assigned target. The Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan of Chhattisgarh publicized this program extensively to encourage the maximum number of questions. Chhattisgarh is first, Odisha second, and Gujarat third in the number of questions asked. It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will, as every year, establish direct communication with school children, teachers, and parents to celebrate examinations as a festival and alleviate exam stress for students. This program will be held at 11:00 AM on January 29 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Students across the country will participate virtually.
To ensure participation in the Pariksha Pe Charcha program, the Secretary of the Education Department has written to all Collectors, instructing them to make the necessary arrangements for the program. He has told the Collectors that this is a time when we should all celebrate examinations as a festival, and motivate students to study.
The live broadcast of the Pariksha Pe Charcha program will be available on national channels of Doordarshan, Doordarshan News, Doordarshan Bharat, YouTube, and other private channels. The Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Municipal Commissioner, and District Education Officers have been asked to coordinate and publicize the program.
