Raipur. On the occasion of 24th anniversary of Chhattisgarh state and Diwali, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai participated in the lighting program of 11 thousand lamps organized at Ekatm Path of Naya Raipur. He lit the lamp ritually amidst chanting of mantras. This event is a symbol of the cultural heritage and unity of the state, through which the culture of Chhattisgarh was displayed. The lighting of the lamps brought new energy and enthusiasm, which will enhance the pride of the state.
On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw, MLA Purandar Mishra, Motilal Sahu, Guru Khushwant Saheb, Indra Kumar Sahu, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Chief Minister’s Secretary P. Dayanand and Basava Raju S. and many public representatives, senior officials and distinguished citizens were present.
The atmosphere was thrilled with the lighting of lamps and fireworks
On this occasion, 11 thousand lamps were lit in Ekatmapath. In the program of Naya Raipur on Chhattisgarh Foundation Day, lighting of lamps along with spectacular fireworks and colorful lights thrilled everyone. On this occasion, melodious musical tunes made the atmosphere even more captivating. Attractive rangoli was decorated at the venue and people expressed happiness by taking selfies at the selfie point with the symbols of the Foundation Day.
Sweets and good wishes to the workers
On this occasion, in a program organized near the newly constructed CBD Railway Station in Nava Raipur and on Ekatmapath, sweets were distributed to the workers and sanitation workers and best wishes were given on the occasion of Diwali. It is a beautiful initiative which honors the state employees and recognizes their contribution.
