Laxmikant Bansod, Balod. A girl working in the shop has made serious allegations of physical exploitation against the operator of Amrittulya tea shop located in the Kotwali police station area of the district. Acting on the complaint of the girl, youth Vivek Patidar has been arrested and sent to jail on judicial remand.
According to the information, the girl was working at Amrittulya tea shop for the last few months. Meanwhile, the operator kept on physically exploiting the girl on the pretext of marriage and blackmailing the girl by making a video of the accused youth having physical relations with the girl and then later removed the girl from her job. Troubled by all this, the girl lodged a complaint against the operator in the nearest police station.
Additional SP Ashok Kumar Joshi said that the girl has accused the owner of Amrittulya tea shop of physical exploitation, against whom crime section 376 (2) (N) has been registered and he has been sent to jail on judicial remand.
