The land of Hanuman temple of Kulwada village is occupied by the bullies. The priest has won the case from the court too, but the overbearing priest did not move from the land. The priest accused the revenue employees and officers of not taking action.

Naidunia Representative, Chhatarpur. In Chhatarpur, a priest reached the SP with the idol of Hanumanji to demand justice. The priest told the SP that the temple land was taken over by bullies. The land has been in their possession for years. But have complained to the Revenue Department officials several times. But they are not removing the hold of the bullies from the land.

There is a Hanuman temple in Kulwara village. There is a lot of land in the name of the temple. This temple land has been captured by the bullies of the village itself. Temple priest Purushottam Nayak has been fighting with the bullies for years to remove encroachment from the land. But the revenue department is not supporting him in his fight. In such a situation, Purushottam reached the SP to complain about the idol of Hanumanji in the temple.

Purushottam has won the case from the court

Temple priest Purushottam told the SP that he had approached the court to remove encroachment on the land. The court also ruled in favor of the temple and directed the Revenue Department to remove the encroachment. To get the court’s decision implemented, he went to the Patwari, Tehsildar and other officers of the Revenue Department several times. But no action was taken from these officers. Pujari alleged that the officers and employees of the Revenue Department were in connivance with the bullies and had taken facility fees from them. That’s why they are not taking action. Therefore he had to bring the idol of Hanumanji. SP has assured to take action in this matter.

Action will be taken after investigation

Regarding the occupation of the temple land, SDM Milind Nagdeve said that the SDO of Naugaon area has been informed in this regard. This matter will be fully investigated and action will be taken. If Revenue Department officers are also found guilty. So action will be taken against them also.
