The person raising anti-national slogans will have to salute the tricolor 21 times with the slogan “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”, MP High Court grants conditional bail.

The court granted bail to the accused who raised slogans in support of Pakistan. Bharat Mata Ki Jai, bail on the condition of saluting the tricolor 21 times. The court said – the condition will bring awareness in his sense of responsibility.

Naiduniya Representative, Jabalpur: The High Court granted conditional bail to a young man who raised slogans in favor of Pakistan while living in India. The accused who raised slogans in support of Pakistan will now have to salute the tricolor flag installed in the police station 21 times with the slogan of Bharat Mata Ki Jai. The accused will have to do this on the first and fourth Tuesday of every month between 10 am and 12 noon.

The High Court has granted bail to the accused with this specific condition. The court made it clear in its order that this specific condition has been imposed so that the accused develops a sense of responsibility and is filled with pride towards the country in which he was born and lives.

Instructions to Police Commissioner to comply with the condition

The single bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Paliwal has directed the Bhopal Police Commissioner to ensure compliance with the said condition. The court has directed that this condition should be necessarily mentioned in the bail documents of the accused. Also send a copy of the High Court order to the Police Commissioner, Bhopal.

Faizal raised anti-national slogans

In fact, Faizal alias Faizan, a resident of Raisen, is accused of raising slogans in support of Pakistan and against India and by doing so he tried to promote enmity between the two communities. This act of the accused is against national unity and harmony. In this case, an FIR was registered against Faizal at Misraud police station in Bhopal on May 17, 2024. After investigation, the charge sheet was presented in the trial court.

After the bail was canceled by the subordinate court, the accused presented a bail application in the High Court. In this case, a video clip was also presented, in which it is clear that the accused is raising the above slogan.

On behalf of the prosecution, government advocate CK Mishra argued that 14 criminal cases were registered against the accused. He raises this slogan against the country in which he was born and grew up. If he is not happy and satisfied in this country then he can choose to live in the country of his choice, for which he raised slogans of Zindabad.
