New Delhi. Indian spinner Ravi Bishnoi played a key role in India’s 133-run win over Bangladesh in Hyderabad on Saturday. With this, India won the series 3-0. By taking three wickets in the match, Vishnoi has become the youngest Indian player to take 50 T20 wickets.

Bishnoi ensured the victory with a brilliant spell of 3/30 in four overs, making him the best performer with the ball. He dismissed Nazmul Hussain Shanto (14), Liton Das (42) and Rishad Hussain (0) in the match.

In a post-match interview, Bishnoi shared his joy after reaching the milestone of taking 50 T20 wickets, becoming the youngest Indian (24 years, 37 days) to achieve the feat. Bishnoi is also the joint second fastest player along with Arshdeep Singh to reach this milestone.

Bishnoi said, “I am very happy about this small achievement. “Competition adds positive pressure to the team and I wanted to take full advantage of this opportunity.” Reflecting on his journey he highlighted the importance of continuous improvement and adaptability.

He said. “It’s good to take a step back and look at the game from the outside. You have to work on yourself and adjust accordingly,” Bishnoi said while also talking about his recent break, “I got a few days off and I took full advantage of that time to refresh myself and Tried to make it better.”
