Ranchi: Muslims completely boycotted the Waqf Amendment Bill 2024 in the Tahaffuz-e-Awqaf Conference Erba. Muslims in one voice demanded the repeal of this bill. Under the chairmanship of Ameer-e-Shariat Hazrat Maulana Ahmed Wali Faisal Rahmani, Secretary All India Muslim Personal Law Board and Sajjada Nasheen Khanqah Rahmani Munger, Muslims of Jharkhand participated and announced to struggle till the repeal of the Waqf Amendment Bill 2024. Addressing the program, Ameer-e-Shariat said that we completely reject this bill. This bill is not right for Muslims at all. Amir-e-Shariat Hazrat Maulana Faisal Wali Rahmani said that we all strongly oppose the Waqf Bill. This bill is against fundamental rights. Any law is made to solve the problem, but this bill is for the acquisition of Waqf land. In the end, Ameer-e-Shariat said that Rahmani will soon open 30 centers in Jharkhand. Amir-e-Shariat spoke very important things in his short time and also told some special things about the Waqf Amendment Bill 2024 to the Muslims. The program was conducted by Dr. Shahab Aryan. Whereas the program was started with the recitation of Quran by Qari Jaan Mohammad. Conference convener cum Congress leader Anwar Ansari, in his welcome speech, welcomed all the people present and said that the Central Government wants to snatch away the fundamental and constitutional rights of Muslims. There are many such sections in this bill which hurt religious sentiments. The Waqf Amendment Bill aims to weaken the Waqf system, marginalize the Muslim community, and eliminate religious rights. Let us all uphold the values of justice, fairness and constitutional integrity and reject the divisive legislature. JPC member cum MP Dr. Syed Nasir Hussain said in his address that we will have to fight the BJP together. In case of mob lynching, compensation is given to other people, so why the delay in giving it to Muslims. We ask the Jharkhand government and Irfan Ansari to form Haj Committee within ten days. Sachar Committee’s recommendation came during the time of Congress, after which BJP government came to power at the Center and hence the work could not be done. But wherever Congress is present, work is being done on Sachar Committee. Our leader Rahul Gandhi ji has given the slogan, as much as one’s participation is, so is his share. Therefore, you will get a share in the Jharkhand Assembly elections, you all should work together. We appeal to you people to form a government with Congress, JMM, RJD and strengthen the alliance. Whereas MP co-member JPC Maulana Mohibullah Nadvi said that BJP always wants to create division among Hindus and Muslims, but it will never succeed. When one issue ends, it brings up another issue. BJP does not love the country but wants to destroy the country. People of Jharkhand and the country need to be aware. There is a battle between truth and lie. Jharkhand Government Minister Dr. Rameshwar Oraon said in his address that BJP is not backing down from conspiring. She deliberately wants to create unrest in the country. We will raise our voice against this bill and like Telangana, we will work against this bill in Jharkhand. Will talk to the Chief Minister in this regard. Whereas MP cum JPC member Imran Masood said in his address that it is not a fight for Waqf but a fight to save the Constitution. The BJP central government wants to capture Waqf land, that is, it wants to benefit its people. We will fight against this bill. Meanwhile, senior Congress leader Manzoor Ahmed Ansari said that Muslims are standing with the alliance, but have Muslims been included? With what mouth will we go to ask for votes, the coalition government has done everything for the Muslims. This will not work. Rural Development Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari said that we promise that we will not allow this bill to be brought, we will fight strongly. Recently Ayodhya Trust was formed, not a single Muslim was kept in it. So there was a need to bring a Hindu brother into the Waqf Trust. Because Hindus want to fight Muslims. Like Tilangana government, work will be done in Jharkhand also. Innocent boys are being harassed in the incident of June 10th. Now this will not happen. Former Bihar minister Javed Iqbal Ansari said that today there is a need to move together with each other. When the Sacher Committee report came during the Congress rule, why was it not implemented? We have always voted for Congress but did we get it? State Congress President Kamlesh Mahato said that the Congress Party has always fought for the interests of the minority. Congress party is raising its voice against this bill. Whereas former minister Subodh Kant Sahay said that Manzoor Ansari, Anwar Ansari are sons of Gudari. No teacher can explain Waqf as well as Ameer-e-Shariat Maulana Faisal Wali Rahmani. Waqf land is pricking the eyes of BJP. In this conference, former minister Furkan Ansari, MLA Rajesh Thakur, AICC Secretary Parnab Jha, Waqf Board’s Ibrar Ahmed, Maulana Syed Tahjibul Hasan, Minority Commission’s Warish Qureshi, Dr. Tausif, Naseem Ahmed, Khurshid Hasan Rumi, Syed Nehal Ahmed, Javed Ahmed, Ishtiaq Ahmed, Maulana Sabir, Sharif Ansari, Maulana Aftab Alam Nadvi, Haseeb Ansari, Mufti Qamar Alam Qasmi, Syed Shahrukh Hasan Rizvi, and hundreds of people from every district of Jharkhand were present.
