Purushottam Patra, Gariaband. People have a different perception about government hospitals, especially when it comes to delivery. But Devbhog Community Health Center seems to be breaking this perception, where six safe deliveries were done within 15 hours. In Devbhog Community Health Centre, 6 safe deliveries were conducted in 15 hours from 1.30 pm on 21 September to 3 pm on 22 September. Out of these, 4 deliveries were conducted in the first one and a half hours only.
Confirming the safe delivery, BMO Dr Prakash Sahu said that under the guidance of CMHO Dr Gargi Yadav, all the staff including Mitanin are working diligently in all the campaigns being run for mother and child safety, due to which now success is being achieved in achieving the target regarding institutional delivery.
For this, Dr. Gargi has expressed her gratitude to the Secretary of the Department and Collector Deepak Agarwal. Gargi Yadu said that Pregnancy Day is celebrated on 9th and 24th of every month, in which apart from complete checkup of pregnant mothers, they are encouraged for institutional delivery.
Apart from this, the collector started the facility of the 102 vehicle which was closed, and incentives are also being given to women. Apart from 102, the ambulance of the organization is also sent to bring the pregnant woman in emergency.
