The tenure of the Kejriwal government in Delhi is going to end in February 2025. The Aam Aadmi Party under the leadership of Kejriwal has been in power in Delhi since 2013. Spent 156 days in jail in liquor policy case

Kejriwal was granted bail by the Supreme Court on 13 September in the case related to corruption in the liquor policy case. He was arrested by the CBI on 26 June. Earlier, Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on 21 March. After 10 days of interrogation, he was sent to Tihar Jail on 1 April. He was released on 10 May for 21 days to campaign in the Lok Sabha elections. This release was granted after spending 51 days in jail. Kejriwal surrendered in Tihar Jail on 2 June. In this way, he has spent 156 days in jail.
