Now as soon as this news spread, all the people who met him have panicked. They are also afraid that they may get affected by it, because apart from Indore, people from all over the state had participated in the international conference. In such a situation, there is a possibility of the virus spreading in the entire state.

On Sunday, his last rites were performed from his residence in the DAVV campus. People were so terrified that everyone attended wearing double masks. It seemed as if the corona era had come again. The last rites were performed at Muktidham in Regional Park. A large number of professors including the Vice Chancellor, Registrar also reached his house for the last darshan. People who met him are identifying the symptoms of swine flu and are reaching out to experts for treatment.

The health department team will reach DAVV on Monday. They will meet people living around the house. During this, anyone who shows symptoms will be tested. Apart from this, information of people whom Dr. Gupta has met will also be collected and they will be alerted. Meanwhile, Suyash Hospital has also been given a notice for hiding the patient’s information. The department officials are not validating this report made in a private lab, so swine flu is not being considered as the cause of this death yet.
