Congress broadcasts 23 extra applicants for Punjab polls, fields former CM Harcharan Brar’s relative from Muktsar

NEW DELHI: The Congress on Tuesday launched its 2d record of 23 applicants for Punjab meeting elections, fielding former leader minister Harcharan Singh Brar’s daughter-in-law Karan Brar from Muktsar.
