75 thousand teachers of the state will buy tablets. Teachers will get Rs 15,000 each. An amount of Rs 113 crore has been approved.
Navdunia Representative, Bhopal. Along with smart classes in the government schools of the state, teachers are also being equipped with technology. The School Education Department is innovating to make schools smart. In this session, teachers from class 1 to 8 will be equipped with tablets. Under this, 75 thousand teachers of the state will be provided money to buy tablets.
The entire syllabus will be uploaded on the tablet. Through this, teachers will teach children in the class. In the last session, the government had provided funds to teachers posted in primary, high and higher secondary schools to buy tablets. The State Education Center has issued orders in this regard.
In the order issued, it has been directed that teachers will have to complete the process of purchasing tablets before December. Teachers have been directed to buy the tablet by 30 November and send its receipt to the State Education Center, so that the amount is paid into their accounts before 31 December.
An amount of Rs 113 crore will be spent on tablets
The government will pay Rs 15,000 per teacher to buy tablets. In such a situation, an amount of about Rs 113 crore has been sanctioned for 75 thousand 598 teachers to buy tablets. The department has directed that the teachers will have to buy the tablets themselves and upload the receipt on the portal of the State Education Center. After this, this amount will be sent to the teachers’ account.
If you retire before four years, you will have to pay the amount
The department has directed that teachers who retire before two years will not be forced to buy a tablet. If a teacher retires after working for two years, he will have to deposit the amount of the tablet in the government’s account. If after buying the tablet, the teacher retires after working for three years, he will have to deposit Rs 3750 for the remaining one year in the government’s account. If he retires two years earlier, he will have to deposit Rs 7000.
