Manendra Patel, Durg. After the coal scam and the alleged MMS case, now the troubles of Bhilai Nagar MLA Devendra Yadav are increasing in the Balodabazar Collectorate arson and violence case. Balodabazar police has once again sent a notice to Devendra Yadav for questioning in the case. Balodabazar police has already issued notice to Bhilai MLA Devendra Yadav thrice for questioning in the case of arson in the Collectorate. After this, Devendra Yadav went to Balodabazar and met the Superintendent of Police. After this, a notice has been issued again.

MLA Devendra Yadav has raised objection over the notice and has accused the BJP government and the police department of unnecessarily harassing him. The MLA said that now the police is repeatedly sending him notices to harass him. This notice is being given at the behest of the BJP government.

MLA Devendra Yadav said that the Satnami community youth lodged in jail are being threatened to forcibly give statements against me. I will not go to record my statement. If the police want to take my statement, they should come to me. I have sent my reply to the police. If needed, I will meet the Governor and will face this with the help of the court.
