Naiduniya representative, Indore. In order to complete the Indore-Khandwa highway soon, the construction agency is working day and night to make a road through the forest. The natural habitat of wild animals has started getting affected due to the vibration of heavy machines. Because of this, animals have started coming out of the forest.
After five months, the tiger has once again increased its movement in the Mhow forest area. The villagers claim that the tiger has been seen near Jamgate. Paw marks have also been found in the forest, but the forest officer is not ready to clarify anything.
In May 2023, the tiger was captured on CCTV for the first time in Mhow military complex. After this, tiger paw marks and evidence related to hunting were found several times in Mhow and Manpur. The tiger was seen in Badgonda forest area for a long time, but in March 2024, the tiger roaming in the forests of Mhow was seen in Raisen. After a long gap, evidence related to the presence of tiger in Mhow was found.
In the last ten days, villagers have reported the presence of tigers at different places. They have seen them at Badgonda, Jam Gate, Chhoti Jam. It was widely broadcasted on video. Villager Omkar Patidar says that he saw the tiger near Jam Gate in the morning. Later, the forest department also got the forests inspected. Big footprints and evidence of hunting have been found, but the forest officer argues that the ground is wet due to rain. Due to this, the paw marks of animals are spread all over.

The forest has been inspected on the information of tiger being found. Nothing can be said clearly about the paw marks. Experts have also been discussed in this regard. However, the animal seen in the video is a leopard.
