Lucknow. 23 bus stations of the state will be developed as terminals on PPP model. However, it will take 2 years to prepare them. Passengers will get modern facilities at 23 bus stations.
Let us tell you that the State Road Transport Corporation has also contracted a firm for 11 bus stations. Contracts will be signed soon for the remaining 12 bus stations. According to the information, the contract will be signed only after the approval of the Council of Ministers.
According to the information, an important meeting will be held on Friday under the chairmanship of Principal Secretary Transport L Venkateshwar Lu to make alternative arrangements for land for temporary bus stands. In this virtual meeting, DMs and sub-district magistrates of 16 districts will participate and discuss about alternative land.
