Big question- why no case is registered against the suspect
The suspected mobile thief is making rounds of Ambah and Morena police stations to get his 20 thousand back. The biggest question is, if the accused is a mobile thief, then why no case has been registered against him? The incident is of July 17, when constable Ramswaroop of Ambah police station caught Ashish Kushwaha of Lalaur village on the information of former Nagar Raksha Samiti member Devendra Rampure resident of Imaliya of Station Road police station.
Ashish Kushwaha steals mobiles from trains. Why did constable Ram Swaroop of Ambah police station come to Morena city and do this, only he can tell. It is true that I have received 20 thousand rupees and mobile from constable Ram Swaroop. Complainant Ashish has been asked to appear before TI sahab, but he is not coming. – Sunil Jaiswal, Head Constable, Station Road Police Station
Four mobile phones were confiscated and they were threatened of being sent to jail
Ashish is accused of stealing mobile phones of passengers from trains. That day constable Ramswaroop seized four mobile phones from Ashish and threatened to send him to jail and took Ashish Kushwaha to the police petrol pump, where he made Ashish transfer Rs 20,000 from the mobile. Constable Ramswaroop took one of the four mobile phones recovered from Ashish and gave the other two to informer Devendra Rampure.
This incident took place in Station Road police station area, that is why the suspected mobile thief Ashish Kushwaha himself filed an application in Station Road police station and complained about the entire incident. After this, Station Road police station head constable Sunil Jaiswal scolded Ambah police station constable Ramswaroop and threatened to complain to senior officers. Scared by this, constable Ramswaroop handed over 20 thousand rupees and mobile to head constable Jaiswal. It is alleged that Sunil Jaiswal has been sitting with 20 thousand rupees and stolen mobiles for many days. Ashish Kushwaha was not returned his 20 thousand rupees. Now that this matter has reached SP Shailendra Singh Chauhan, Station Road police is preparing to register a case of mobile theft against Ashish Kushwaha. The question is, what action will be taken against those responsible for collecting 20 thousand rupees from the suspected thief and not taking action in the case by the staff of two police stations for more than 20 days.
