Neha Bhasin told that on paper she has been suffering from mental and hormonal diseases for 2 years but actually since she was 20 years old, she is facing this problem. Currently, I am taking therapy and doing yoga to overcome these problems. To manage stress, I am not working much, meeting my loved ones and using my phone less.
