Indian 2 was released in theaters on 12 July 2024. Now it is going to release on Netflix on 9 August. Netflix had bought the post-theatrical OTT rights of Indian 2 even before its release in theaters. The film was able to earn only Rs 50 crore at the box office. Indian 2 stars Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles.
Indian 2 is a sequel to the 1996 blockbuster film Indian. After more than 10 years, Kamal Haasan has made the second part of his film. The actor has reprised his role as Senapathi, a vigilante who fights against corruption. The film is directed by S. Shankar.
