A case has been registered against three youths for violating the collector’s order and risking their lives at the tourist spot in Tincha Falls, which comes under Simrol police station area of ​​Mhow tehsil of Indore. This is the first case in Indore district in which a case has been registered against tourists.

According to the information, there is a river ahead of the parking at Tincha Falls. This area is restricted. Simrol police station in-charge inspector Amit Kumar said that on Sunday Hitesh son Premnarayan, Sushil son Khilawan both residents of Bajrang Nagar and Neeraj son Rajendra resident of Adarsh ​​Nagar were partying on the river bank.

A case was filed against the three youths

They were also dancing while consuming alcohol. Then the police arrived on the spot and caught all three. A case has been registered against the three youths under 223 VNS of the Indian Penal Code like the old section 188 for not following the order issued by the collector.

People are prohibited from going to risky places

Now the youth will be given notice, after which the proceedings will be held in the court. It is worth noting that the collector has banned the movement of people in risky and isolated areas in all the tourist areas of Indore district.

Also, consumption of alcohol at tourist places has been banned. After the collector issued the order, the first such case in Indore district has been registered at Simrol police station.
