Unbreakable Records In Cricket History: Cricket is a game of records. Here records are made and broken every day. There are some records which keep changing with every match, but there are some records which seem difficult to break. The stature of players is built on the basis of these records. Players become immortal on the basis of records. There have been many batsmen and bowlers in history who made many world records. Today we have brought those 5 records of cricket history which seem impossible to break.

donald bradman

Donald Bradman (Don), the Australian cricket legend and one of the greatest batsmen in cricket history, played only 52 Test matches in his entire career, but he did such a feat in just 52 matches, which is almost impossible to do in today’s time. Bradman scored 6996 runs in 52 Test matches in his career. But the biggest thing during this time was that his average was 99.94. It is difficult for any batsman to reach even close to this average, let alone bat at this average. Not only this, Sir Don Bradman holds the record of scoring the most 12 double centuries in Test history and the most runs against any one team. He has scored 5028 runs against England.

Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin Tendulkar, the great batsman of the Indian team, is also called the God of Cricket. Tendulkar has scored 100 centuries during his international career, which is a very big record. However, the king of the Indian team, i.e. Virat Kohli, has scored 80 centuries in international cricket, who is 20 centuries away from breaking his record of century of centuries, but Virat has turned 35. Therefore, it will be very difficult for him to break this record. Not only this, Sachin has 18,426 runs in One-Day International career and 15,921 runs in Tests. Along with this, Sachin also has 201 wickets while bowling in all formats. No other batsman has been able to do this.

Rohit Sharma

Indian team’s opening batsman who is very famous by the name Hitman. Rohit holds the record of playing the biggest innings of 264 runs in ODI International match. Which is also the highest individual score made by any batsman in limited over cricket. Not only this, Rohit also holds the record of scoring three double centuries in ODI International and the record of scoring the maximum 5 centuries in a World Cup. This is the highest scored by any batsman in a season of World Cup. His individual score of 264 runs is very difficult to break.

brian lara

Former West Indies captain Brian Lara is counted among the explosive batsmen in cricket history. If he once settled on the crease, the scoreboard kept moving continuously. Brian Lara played an unbeaten innings of 400 runs in a test match played against England in 2004. No batsman has been able to break this record of Lara since 2004. Not only this, Lara has also played an unbeaten innings of 501 runs in first class cricket. It is very difficult for any batsman to score so many runs in a match.

Muttiah Muralitharan

Sri Lanka’s legendary off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan has taken a total of 1347 wickets in his international cricket career. It is very difficult for any bowler to break his record. Muralitharan has played 33 Tests, 350 ODIs and 12 T20 International matches. In which he has taken 347 wickets. Not only this, he also holds the record of taking the most 800 wickets in Test history. It is very difficult for any bowler to reach this figure.
