New Delhi. The matter of UP Chief Minister Yogi’s order to put nameplates on the shops on the Kanwar route during the Kanwar Yatra has now reached the Supreme Court. Now an NGO has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against this order.
An NGO named Association of Protection of Civil Rights has now approached the Supreme Court against the order issued regarding the nameplate. The NGO filed this petition online at 6 am on July 20, after which the Supreme Court will now hear the matter on July 22. A bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice SVN Bhatti will hear the matter.

Let us tell you that in UP, earlier the DIG of Muzaffarnagar ordered the shops on the Kanwar route to put up nameplates, after which discussions started on this not only in the entire state but in the entire country. The Yogi government issued an order on Thursday and said that it is necessary for the dhabas, hotels and street vendors on the Kanwar route in entire Uttar Pradesh to write the name of the owner.
