After the order of the High Court, the team of revenue and police administration reached to remove this encroachment, during this time the encroachers started creating a ruckus and pelting stones. The ruckus increased so much that the police had to resort to lathi charge. There is information of firing in this dispute, but the police has denied the incident of firing.
After the uproar, three women were laid down on the road and the road was blocked. It was told that two women died in the uproar and firing but Baghchini police station in-charge Rajkumar Parmar said that all the women are healthy. Some people say that one woman has died. The road blockade is still in place. However, the administration or police officers are not saying anything in this matter so far. The situation is tense at the spot.
