According to the information, Dilip Mishra, the operator of Dilip Timber, has a house on Durg Rajnandgaon Bypass Road in Rasmada, where he was sleeping with his family at 2:30 am on Friday night. During this time, 6 masked men broke the front door of the house and entered inside. As soon as the dacoits entered, they surrounded Dilip Mishra and captured him and tied his hands and legs and then broke the cupboard and took away about 35 tolas of gold and cash.

According to information received from the police, masked men have been captured in the CCTV camera outside the shop adjacent to the house. The accused are being searched on the basis of the footage. From the manner of the crime, it is suspected that an outside professional criminal gang is involved in this.

Police said that often gangs from border districts of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan carry out such incidents. These gangs target houses located along the national highway. They get down from the truck and run away after committing the crime. At present, the police team has started searching for the accused in the case.
