Lok Sabha Election: Shyam Rangeela could not file nomination even on the last day, protesting at the Collectorate gate

Lok Sabha Election 2024. Prime Minister Narendra Modi filed nomination today from Varanasi Lok Sabha seat of Uttar Pradesh. On this seat, comedian Shyam Rangeela did not get success in submitting the nomination form even on the last day. Shyam Rangeela alleges that even after complaining to the Election Commission, no hearing took place. More than 50 people, including Shyam Rangeela and Iqbal, an NRI from Dubai, have started protesting at the Collectorate Gate due to non-submission of forms.

Shyam Rangeela tried to go inside in the morning before the nomination of Prime Minister Narendra. After this, efforts were made even after Modi’s nomination. As soon as the security arrangements were removed after Modi’s nomination, everyone reached the Collectorate gate to file nominations. The gate was closed on this. After this everyone started demonstrating at the gate. Shyam Rangeela told that he had reached at 9.15 in the morning. Everyone including him was asked to come in the afternoon. Now after coming here, we are not being allowed inside.
