Ranchi: A tragic accident was witnessed in the capital. Two brothers who had gone for a walk with their friends died in the dam. 16-year-old Arya Sharma and 17-year-old Alok Sharma, studying in Ranchi Prabhat Tara School, died due to drowning in Dhurva Dam. Arya Sharma’s father told that he did not know when both the children left home for Dhurva Dam. Suddenly the police called and informed that his son and nephew had drowned in Dhurva Dam. Local people told that both the children were bathing in the dam, during which one child started drowning and his brother went to save him but he also drowned in the water. At present information has been given to NDRF. At present the bodies of both the children have not been discovered.
