Lok Sabha Election 2024. Lok Sabha candidate Rinki Kol has refused to contest the elections from Apna Dal (S) ticket. Apna Dal (S) had nominated Rinki Kol as its candidate from Robertsganj Lok Sabha seat on Tuesday evening itself.
According to media reports, Rinki Kol is the MLA from Chhanbe assembly seat. He has refused to contest the elections due to the large Lok Sabha constituency and the care of his children. Rinki Kol is the daughter-in-law of Pakodi Lal Kol, the sitting MP from Robertsganj Lok Sabha. Rinki’s husband had also been MLA from Chhanbe twice.

Let us tell you that after the death of Rinki Kol’s husband Rahul Kol, Apna Dal had made her a candidate in the by-election held on Chhanbe assembly seat in the year 2023. In the by-election, he defeated Samajwadi Party candidate Kirti Kol by 9,587 votes.
