Gaurav Jain, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi. To ensure the participation of all categories of voters in the Lok Sabha elections, Collector and District Election Officer Leena Kamlesh Mandavi is continuously organizing sweep programs in the district to make voters aware. In the same sequence, the Collector himself went among the Baiga voters of the Special Backward Tribe, who are called the adopted sons of the President, in the Gaurela development block, to Gram Panchayat Andhiarkhoh and Thadpathra and motivated them to vote. Even before this, the Collector inspired Baiga voters in the sweep program organized in Baiga dominated Panchayat Dahibhara last March and in Amadob Panchayat last April.

Collector Leena Mandavi and SVEEP district nodal Kaushal Prasad Tendulkar along with making voters aware in Baiga dominated Panchayats Andhiarkoh and Thadpathra, invited all the voters to vote.

The Collector invited all the voters on behalf of the district administration and appealed to go to their polling booth and vote between 7 am to 6 pm on Tuesday, May 7. Under the guidance of the Collector, invitation letters are being sent to all the voters through Panchayat Secretaries for 100 percent voting in the district.
