Under the leadership of Collector KL Chauhan, the district has received the award for the second time for awareness in the Lok Sabha elections. Before this, a tractor rally was organized, in which, under the leadership of the Collector, rural farmers, women and children of scout guides took out a voter awareness rally for 25 km in 51 tractors, on which the name was registered in the Golden Book of World Records. After which a continuous awareness campaign is being run in the district. In this series, women wrote two lakh one thousand postcards and appealed to vote, due to which the district has received the award.

Sonal Rajesh Sharma, state representative of the Golden Book of World Records, inspected the postcards written by the women who reached Balodabazar, and after finding them correct, she presented the certificate to District Collector KL Chauhan in a function organized in the grounds of Pandit Chakrapani Shukla Higher Secondary School. And honored with medal.
