Singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh, who will be seen in the upcoming episode of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’, talked openly about his film ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’. Diljit said that he thought that since he is from Punjab, he would understand ‘Chamkila’ better.
Diljit said that he has completely surrendered to the vision of filmmaker Imtiaz Ali. Diljit said, ‘I thought that because I am from Punjab, I would understand Chamkila better but after meeting Imtiaz, I completely surrendered to him. He said, the film’s character Chamkila stood, spoke, reacted and the way he thought.
Imtiaz had done a lot of research regarding this. Amar Singh Chamkila is a Hindi biopic drama also starring Parineeti Chopra in the lead role. This film will be released today on Netflix.
