Raipur. There is big news for the people of Chhattisgarh. The news is that now the new Chande-Bharat Express is going to run from Durg to Visakhapatnam. According to railway sources, this train can run in June after the code of conduct is over. Sources claim that its time has also been decided. Recently, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has written a letter to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav regarding this train.
Andhra community has been demanding this for a long time
Andhra society has been demanding for running of this train for many days. Recently, when the news came that this train was going to run, but due to some reason this train could not start. After which a delegation of the society went to Raipur DRM, but the DRM did not behave well with the people of the society there. After which the people of the society expressed their displeasure. But now there is good news for them that the operation of the train is going to start soon.
Travel from Durg to Visakhapatnam in 8.30 hours
According to railway sources, this train will leave Durg at 6 am and reach Visakhapatnam at 2.30 pm. It will leave Visakhapatnam at 3.15 pm, cover a distance of 565 kilometers in eight and a half hours and reach Durg station at 11.50 pm.
There will be stoppages of Durg-Vishakhapatnam Vande Bharat train here. This train will reach Visakhapatnam from Durg via Raipur, Lakholi, Mahasamund, Khariar-Road, Kanta-Bhanji, Titlagarh, Singapore-Road, Rayagada, Parvatipuram and Vijayanagaram.
