SSP is joining the operation with soldiers carrying AK-47 in his hands.

Ranchi: The police of all the districts of the state are busy completing their homework to ensure that the Lok Sabha elections 2024 are held in a peaceful and fair manner. The police of capital Ranchi is also not lagging behind. Ranchi SSP Chandan Sinha and in-charge Rural SP Sumit Aggarwal are boosting the morale of their soldiers deployed in Naxal affected areas with AK 47 in their hands and also motivating the common voters to cast their votes. Ranchi SSP Chandan Sinha himself is taking part in the operation along with the soldiers deployed in the field with AK-47 rifle in his hands. At present, a campaign is being conducted against sporadic groups in the rural areas of Ranchi. These are groups that have separated from the militant organization and collect levies (extortion) by carrying out violence like Aganji. To maintain the enthusiasm among the soldiers, both the Senior SP and the Rural SP themselves are taking part in the operation with AK-47. Now there are almost no Naxal affected areas in Ranchi district – SSP Ranchi SSP Chandan Kumar Sinha said that now there are no Naxal affected areas in Ranchi district. But in some places the breakaway groups of militants definitely have influence but they will not be able to influence the elections in any way, a vigorous campaign is being conducted against them. Some militants active in areas like Lapung, Bedo, Budhmu and Chanho have recently been arrested and put in jail. Communication is being done with the villagers. Ranchi Police is identifying some remote rural area every day and visiting there. During this time, the enthusiasm and morale of the soldiers deployed in security in those areas are being boosted, and also by communicating with the villagers, they are not being given any kind of fear or inducement to cast their vote. This is also being investigated.

SSP has maintained the front in remote rural areas:

Every day a convoy of security forces is seen blowing dust in the remote Naxal affected areas of Ranchi. In fact, Ranchi Police Captain Chandan Sinha and Rural SP Sumit Aggarwal are preparing a platform so that common people can vote safely and without fear. Voting appeals are being made to parents through children. Voting centers have been set up in many schools in remote rural areas of the capital. Every kind of arrangement is being made at the polling stations to cast the vote. DC and SSP are continuously visiting there to cast maximum votes. On Wednesday, DC and SSP themselves reached many schools in Lakhon area of Ranchi and inspected the polling stations.
