Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar, Tarun Chugh, former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani were present when MP Preneet Kaur joined BJP. During this, while addressing the media, Preneet Kaur said that she has joined BJP after being influenced by the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

She said that I will work for my constituency, my state and the country under the leadership of PM Modi. I had a good innings with the Congress party and I hope that my innings with BJP will be better.
