Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Mosque: Muslim side argued in the High Court, now hearing will be held on March 20

Prayagraj. The Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Mosque case will now be heard in Allahabad High Court on March 20. In the hearing held on Wednesday in the bench of Justice Mayank Kumar Jain, Supreme Court advocate Tasneem Ahmadi, while referring to suit number seven, said that the plaintiff has accepted the disputed area as a mosque.

Supreme Court advocate Tasneem Ahmadi said that the plaintiff's suit is barred by the Limitation Act. He cannot file a lawsuit after decades demanding its removal. He presented his arguments on the application of the Mosque Committee under Order 7 Rule 11 of the CPC.

The petition of Bhajan Lal Lodhi of Shamsabad to become a party in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi vs Shahi Jama Masjid case could not be heard in the court of District Judge Vivek Sangal on Wednesday. The date of hearing in the case has been fixed for Thursday. This suit has been filed by Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Protected Service Trust under the patronage of storyteller Devkinandan Thakur.
